we are in this motel as i write, myself, husband and 2 kids, very clean, staff friendly and helpfull, pool is very inviting, and very nice, fridge and tv in room, every thing is just spot on, could not be better, we will come back, motel and on the main drag,the motel is surrounded by every thing so even if u dont have a car this is a perfect location.nothing could be better.bathroom is very nice to, good value for money and a well cared for motel.

My 12 year old daughter, and I stayed for two nights there. Overall was very nice, and clean. The motel is an older hotel, but very well kept. It had comfortable beds,and bedding. Just a nice basic motel. front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Pluses: It had a nice pool area in the courtyard, chairs outside your room, 4 miles from the falls. Abundant restaraunts, shopping very close by. mini fridge in the room. right on Route 62/ main drag. Even thoughit was on the main street, very quiet, and seemed liked a nice neighborhood surroundings. Minuses: I really didnt like the door locks. Door handle was the turn type, and the top was a not very well tight fit of a slide bar type. no deadbolt. But still i felt comfortable in the surroundings. no suspicious activities at night in the area etc.. . The main office didnt open until 8:30 am . So if you wanted coffee before then you were out of luck. just had to go get it at at nearby convenience store. breakfast was ok just danishes trays. No microwaves in the room. Overall for $*/night in Niagara Falls you reall y cant go wrong staying here. If you looking for more ammenties/ newer; well you will have to pay more then. but when your on vacation all you pretty much do is just sleep there, a little TV , maybe a swim. And the motel is very good for that.
