We enjoyed the hotel, the room was clean and pleasant. It was a bit hard on our teens as there wasn't much for them to do. The pool was great but unless we were with them the weight room was off limits. There was a game area but the games were a bit out dated. 3 to a bed was hard, some hotels offer cots to families with more than two children. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and information on local places of interest besides the main attractions. DeDee's Dairy right around the corner has great ice cream! At breakfast there was plenty to eat for everyone. The price was excellent for a family of five we had a great rate under $*. We were less than 7 minutes from the Falls, but the short drive was worth the great deal and pleasant hotel. This was overall a good experience for our family. Thank you Best Western. We plan to go back again soon, and have recommended this hotel to friends who are planning a trip this summer.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel Dec 28-29. When we entered the hotel the staff was friendly and had warm welcome. We then went to our room. The room was very spacious and warm. There was a gross stain on the bed sheet. The bathroom and room smelled like urine. We went to the front desk to complain about this and they fixed this problem. Also the whole hotel smelled like urine. We could hear our neighbours talking and tv, and could only imagine they could hear us. Room service did not come by to clean our room at all. The sidewalks were icey which posed a potential danger. When we decided to stay another night, I found out that I had been charged again without knowing. Our keycards stopped working. I went to the front desk to complain about this and no one was around. When i did find someone to fix the problem they said that the cards had not been updated. All in all i would say avoid this hotel, im surprised its still in business.

The hotel staff was pleasant. My only problem was that the tub did not have a slip-proof mat and the tub was very slippery. I called the front desk and the attendant went to check a couple of other rooms. She said that they did not have a mat either. I never checked with the housekeeping staff, but it seemed odd that there wasn't a mat for the tub.

15 minute drive to the falls was the only somewhat downside of our stay here. Breakfast was continental but sufficient... staff was very helpful...pool was perfect...rooms were clean and comfortable. Located near a great ice cream place called DeDee's! For the money, this place is hard to beat and we would return!

First of all, the sheets were stained and the blankets needed washing. I believe that there was bodily fluids on them. The sink was clogged and the water pressure in the shower was close to non-existing!! The hotel towels were as rough as sand paper and I found long dark hairs on them. At best, my son enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. Thanks
